The Consultant Behind the Templates
HR Elevated Templates is built and maintained by Marilyn Davis, Founder and Principal Consultant of HR Elevated LLC, a Michigan-based HR consulting firm serving small businesses and nonprofits since 2019.
Marilyn holds the SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications, the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation, and the HRCI Pro in AI for Human Resources credential, along with a certification in Organizational Development. Her consulting practice spans policy development, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and workplace training.
Why This Library Exists
After years of consulting, a pattern became impossible to ignore: small organizations kept needing the same well-drafted documents, and their options were bad. Free internet templates written for no particular state. Expensive one-off consultant drafting. Or nothing at all, which is how compliance problems are born.
HR Elevated Templates is the answer: the document library from a real consulting practice, made available by subscription.
